Stressed at work, but unable to seek assistance? As the epidemic brings more pressure and uncertainty, the Ministry of Health has launched a new website, mindline at work, to provide one-stop mental health resources for more than 150,000 workers in the public service field.
The MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT) launched mindline.sg in July last year to provide the public with information and tips on mental health and received good responses.
The authorities have now joined forces with my country’s largest employer public service to launch mindline at work for approximately 153,000 public service personnel under its umbrella. The Health Care Transformation Agency of the Ministry of Health referred to the experience of public service personnel and planned the content of the website according to the different sources of stress they faced and the resources they needed. The website contains self-assessment resources, as well as the emotional intelligence chat robot Wysa, which provides public service personnel with health information such as how to allocate workload, tips when starting a new job, and how to improve sleep quality.
