Earlier this year, Hope and Manny Hernandez hit the road in a 187-square-foot van they renovated themselves.
Hope and Manny Hernandez spent seven months and $35,000 in 2020 buying and renovating every element of their tiny new home.
By April 2021, they began documenting their trips to wineries and national parks on Their Instagram and TikTok accounts.
But they had no idea the venture would turn into a full-time job. Since remodeling their own bus, the couple has made remodeling other people’s vans and buses their livelihood.
The Hernandezes used social media to reach out to people who wanted to hire people to remodel their vans, buses and small homes.
Realizing the need for redecorating, the couple decided to change careers and fill the void, they told Insider.
Today, they travel around the country by bus, helping people renovate their tiny houses on wheels. By the end of this year, they will have completed three transitions.
Their latest project is a vintage 280-square-foot double-decker bus originally made in London.
The owner of a dilapidated double-decker bus contacted the Hernandez couple on social media to ask if they could turn it into a vacation rental.
The couple were traveling in Massachusetts and the bus was traveling through SAN Jose, California.
But the Hernandezes say it was a renovation they couldn’t miss.
So in September, they jumped on a bus and headed for California. The day they arrived, they started renovating.
Think about it. If your co-worker has always been a careful and conscientious person, and according to your information, he or she didn’t make a big mistake or cause any loss to the company in this project, then he or she is probably the cannon fodder for the misfortune.
After realizing this point, please immediately stop touch fish, correct attitude, dozen points spirit to check, they are doing the work without flaws, or the next tuo cannon ash probability is you.
Colleagues can not stand this gas dare to resign directly, change is your word……
If it’s your fault that someone else isn’t taking your job seriously, it means your boss is demanding.
Isn’t that a direct way of telling you that you need to work for this boss a little more rigorously and professionally?
You don’t know why you care so much about a colleague leaving
According to years of observation, when someone around the job, the common reaction of the average person is about two kinds
NO.1: Pay a little attention, express your regret, and then go on with your business without looking back.
NO.2: Professional enthusiast, in addition to dedicated to restoring the complete process of the event, but also must publish a long personal opinion, such as —
Does this colleague dare to quit before he finds another job?
What? ! It’s just that all of a sudden, wow, young people are so brave and naive! In fact, I don’t like the boss’s behavior, but if you want to survive in the workplace, a little insubordinated is a big mess balabala….
Another example —
Did this guy get wind of something, maybe the boss went bankrupt and we were about to close down, so he took the opportunity to run away?
Do I have to plan too, or there’s no way out here…
More like team members than classmates, a group of strangers who get together to work on a common project.
As to why to colleagues slacking care so much about, or you will understand, a member of the team pulled out, you should worry about ta will alight upon their workload, also worry that the mood is excited, and leadership (boss) has a certain conflict reunion won’t destroy the project out of revenge.
This is, of course, an extreme idea.
Having said all this, I do not want to criticize the boss or the colleague who is more at fault in this case, but I hope you can understand that although the workplace in real life is not necessarily as bitter as the drama, but just want to be a stable worker, also need to pay some attention to it.
