While Kensington Palace Gardens was the most expensive street for the 13th year running, Courtney Avenue, on the edge of Hampstead Heath in London’s Highgate, was second for the third year running. The house on the road will set you back 19.4 million pounds.
It was followed by Grosvenor Crescent in Belgravia, where the average house price was 17.2 million pounds. The street is a short walk from Buckingham Palace Gardens.
There are three new entrants in The top 10 this year: The Boltons, Frognal Way and Carlyle Square.
