Spark Global Limited Reports:
The seaside mansion once owned by former Miami Heat star Chris Bosh is on the market for $42 million. The fully renovated 11,709-square-foot mansion is the only accessible home on Miami Beach’s famed North Bay Road. Celebrity neighbors include Cindy Crawford, Rand Gerber, Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner.
Upon arriving at the lush landscape, guests will be greeted by a wall and a garden courtyard area where water fixtures highlight the perimeter of the home. Developed by aquabblue Group and conceived by Touzet Studio, the interiors of the home include seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a comfortable modern atmosphere, with wood and stone perfectly placed throughout the space.
The double-height great room is surrounded by glass, highlighting stunning views of the bay and gardens. From custom woodwork to Italian marble slabs, every corner of the home is seamlessly connected.
The master suite is very luxurious with great wardrobes, oversized bathroom with tub and double sink, breakfast and, of course, stunning views. The huge kitchen is every chef’s dream, with custom cabinetry, a large island and seating.
The outdoor oasis features a Mosaic tiled infinity pool, separate outdoor kitchen and cabin bathroom, as well as separate guest rooms. The fully automated smart home also includes a commercial-grade elevator.
The seller was looking for an overall record, but the price per square foot ($3,500) was still lower than other recent developments, like Phil Collins’s former home at 5800 North Bay Road, formerly owned by Jennifer Lopez. The house sold for $39 million at $4,000 a square foot.
