3. The publicized sales price shall be consistent with the online signed record price information of commercial housing.
4. Publicity of adverse factors around the project.
5. When real estate enterprises use the method of “no reason to check out”, they must specify the refund time limit.
6. The publicity materials are true, accurate and legal. For schools and kindergartens that have not been completed for enrollment and airports, railway stations and subway stations that have not been completed and operated, the buyer shall be clearly informed of the uncertainty, and the buyer shall not be deceived or misled.
