According to the data, in July 2021, the average price of new houses in 100 cities in China was 16120 yuan / m2, up 0.35% month on month. Among them, the first tier cities increased by 0.54% month on month, the second tier cities increased by 0.29% month on month, and the third and fourth tier representative cities increased by 0.21% month on month.

Cities with the top 10 month on month increase in new house prices in July
86 new house prices in 100 cities rose year-on-year, with Dongguan taking the lead
Compared with the same period last year, the price of new houses in Baicheng increased by nearly 4% to 3.81% in July. The average price of new houses in 86% of cities is higher than that of last year.
