It is understood that the Whampoa District first opened up restrictions on talent purchase in December 2019. All the talents who have been working in Whampoa for more than six months in this area can not be restricted by registered residence. 1 sets of commodity housing are purchased within the Whampoa area.
It can be seen from the data of sunshine Jiayuan monitored by Netease real estate data that in 2020, 17479 first-hand houses were signed online in Huangpu District, ranking third in the city, second only to Zengcheng and Nansha; Compared with 2019 (10405 sets of online signatures), it increased by 68%.
