In 2018, Mr. Huang purchased a set of commercial housing located in the sunshine city plus community, Ta Qing Road, Xi’an city. The housing is a duplex structure, covering an area of more than 150 square meters. According to the contract, it should have been delivered in March this year. “Because of some small problems in the housing, the developer has been dealing with them, so far I have not officially received the housing.” Mr. Huang said that at the beginning of June this year, when he went to the house for inspection, he found that the position of the pipe above the toilet on the second floor of the house had changed obviously. After confirmation, it was changed by the owner on the upper floor.
Mr. Huang said that the owner of the upstairs had contacted him before, saying that he wanted to change the water position of the toilet, but he and his family did not agree, “because the house was not officially closed, and the password of the electronic door lock was still the initial password, I didn’t expect that the other party entered the house without permission and carried out the construction transformation. After reporting to the police, the other party said that the decoration workers had changed without their knowledge and apologized. ” Mr. Huang said that through consultation with the owners, the property and the developers, the current plan is to let the owners repair the house, but he is not worried about the quality problems. Moreover, if there are quality problems in the future, who should be responsible?
Reporter’s actual investigation: the property issued a rectification notice, and the rectification should be carried out before July 14
On July 11, a reporter from China business daily came to Yangguang city plus community. Mr. Huang’s home is in the east of a unit on the third floor of the community. At present, it is a blank. In the bathroom on the south side of the second floor of the house, we can see that the white sewer pipes on the upper floor are located on the East and north sides of the top, and the traces after the pipe opening and plugging can be seen on the roof. Mr. Huang said that the original sewer pipe was located in the southeast corner of the roof, and the location was greatly changed. At the same time, there was no white pipe above the outer porch of the toilet before.
Subsequently, the reporter saw a notice of rectification of illegal construction posted outside the owner’s house upstairs on June 30. Mr. Huang said that the current developer’s meaning is that the person who transforms the house will be responsible for the restoration.
