New housing prices in 100 cities rose slightly month on month
According to the statistics from the central index Institute, in June 2021, the average price of newly built houses in 100 cities in China was 16063 yuan / m2, up 0.36% on a month on month basis. Among them, the first tier cities increased the most, reaching 0.48%, followed by the second tier cities, up 0.31% on a month on month basis, and the third and fourth tier representative cities, up 0.29% on a month on month basis, with the smallest increase.
Judging from the rise and fall in the number of cities, the number of new housing prices rose in June on a month on month basis was 77. Among them, Xuzhou increased by more than 1 percentage point, or 1.2%, ranking first in 100 cities; Wuxi, Hangzhou and other 23 cities increased by 0.5% (inclusive) – 1.0% month on month; Another 53 cities, such as Yancheng and Taizhou, rose less than 0.5%; And Lianyungang, Heze and Quanzhou new house prices are flat with last month.
Top 10 cities with month on month increase in new housing prices
Among the 20 cities with falling house prices, Zhanjiang, Zhangjiagang and Weihai had a larger month on month decline, with 0.42%, 0.40% and 0.32% respectively; In the second echelon, Zibo, Liuzhou and other 12 cities decreased by 0.1% (inclusive) – 0.3%; In addition, Huzhou, Qinhuangdao and other five cities all fell within 0.1%.
