At present, the biggest problem for the buyers in Huangpu is “money without goods”.

According to the data of Zhongyuan research and Development Department of Guangzhou, as of the end of May, the inventory of new houses in Huangpu was only 609200 square meters, with only 2.9 months to go, which is the most tense area in the city.
The reason why Huangpu stock is so tight is that its trading volume dominates the list all the year round.
As early as last year, under the favorable situation of talent purchase and the large number of new products entering the market, the total transaction volume of new houses in Huangpu was 1.717 million M ²（ 16537 cases), an increase of 63% over the same period last year.
In addition, according to the public data of Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of housing and urban rural development, in the past month (5.23-6.23), there are very few projects in Huangpu that can get the pre-sale certificate, only Vanke and Zhongding.
In the short term, there is no doubt that new houses in Huangpu are out of stock.
But if you lengthen the time, you will be surprised to find that there are many choices.
The old reform is the key to rewrite the shortage situation of Huangpu.
Since last June, Huangpu has issued a military order, planning to complete the transformation of 66 old villages within three years (2020-2022).
By May this year, the total land area for the construction of the “three old” reconstruction and database in Huangpu was 52.63 square kilometers, with 125 urban renewal projects approved, 14.79 million square meters of construction area and 4.53 million square meters of completed area. 8589 sets of resettlement houses have been built, and 121.2 billion yuan of fixed asset investment has been completed. All indicators and data lead the city.
Behind these figures is not only the courage of the old buildings in Huangpu, but also the main source of new houses in the area in the next few years.
