On June 18, Zhengzhou signed a contract with two Wanda Plazas, and both landed in the wholesale trade market. In the morning and evening of the same day, Wanda Group signed strategic agreements with Zhengzhou South China City and Jinma Kaixuan to cooperate in the Wanda Plaza project.
Not surprisingly, the fourth-generation Wanda Plaza will appear in the Nanlonghu section of Xinzheng and the Longhai Road section of the West Fourth Ring of Zhengzhou in the future.
This is not only Wanda’s first batch of fourth-generation Wanda Plaza projects in Henan, but also an upgrade of Wanda’s deployment of 18 Wanda Plazas in 14 cities in Henan. It is also a transformation of the traditional trade market to partner with commercial giants and find a way out.
A reporter from Henan Business Daily learned that Wanda’s Wanda Plaza project in South China City in Zhengzhou has a total investment of more than 2.2 billion yuan, covering an area of 83 acres, with a total construction area of 318,000 square meters and a commercial construction area of 83,000 square meters.
Located in the fourth-generation Wanda Plaza in Jinma Kaixuan, with a construction area of approximately 260,000 square meters, it is expected to open in the autumn of 2022. The project is not a new construction on an open space, but an upgrade based on a shopping mall.
It is understood that Zhengzhou Huiji Wanda Plaza is 190,000 square meters, Erqi Wanda Plaza is 170,000 square meters, and Zhongyuan Wanda is 249,000 square meters (including shopping centers, SO HO, and outdoor pedestrian streets). They are all third-generation urban complexes. .
The two newly signed Wanda Plazas are the fourth generation. After more than 30 years of development, Wanda Commercial Real Estate is upgrading from the first generation of single stores, the second generation of combined stores, and the third generation of urban complexes to the fourth generation.
