On June 22, the first lecture landed at Beijing University of Technology.
At the event site, the organizer interpreted the housing leasing policy for graduates, how to identify housing and select formal institutions, how to judge whether the house can be rented, and other leasing knowledge; and remind students to avoid using the model text of housing leasing contract. “Low rent” fishing houses and other methods to avoid the risk of renting a house. At the same time, relevant propaganda leaflets, brochures, posters, etc. were also distributed during the publicity activities to help graduates to enhance their awareness and ability of risk prevention in the housing leasing process through various forms.
